Buyers' Manual for purchasing steel was first published by INSDAG in 2000 based on the need assessed by the users. In order to update /validate existing information and include new organizations in the field along with new family of products a fresh survey was called for. "Steel Buyers' Manual" incorporates updated details information on the primary and secondary steel producers with their product-mix and other steel manufacturers/processors including casting units, forging plants, wire drawing units, cold-formed steel section suppliers, service centers and online traders.
